Home sample collection
A trained phlebotomist collects your sample at your door, 8:00am to 9:00pm, seven days a week. The report reaches you by SMS and email on the same turnaround as a sample given at the centre.
Or message us on WhatsApp and send a photo of the prescription.

How it works
Four steps, and one of them is ours
You tell us where and when. Everything after that is on us.
Step 1
Tell us where and when
Fill in the form below, or call or message us. We need the address, a phone number, and either the test names or what your doctor has written.
Step 2
We call you back to confirm
We agree the time and check the preparation — whether you need to fast, and for how long. Nothing is fixed until that call, so wait for it before you stop eating.
Step 3
A phlebotomist comes to you
Trained staff, carrying identification, with sealed single-use equipment. The sample is labelled in front of you and goes straight to the laboratory.
Step 4
The report reaches you
Sent by SMS and email as soon as a pathologist has verified it, on the same turnaround as a sample given at the centre.
What we can and cannot collect at home
Worth being straight about, so nobody waits in for a visit that was never going to work.
We come to you
Blood, urine and stool tests — 112 tests in all. That covers the routine work: blood counts, sugar and HbA1c, cholesterol, liver and kidney panels, thyroid, vitamins, and most hormone and infection testing.
You come to us
Anything needing equipment or a clinician: X-ray, ultrasound, CT and MRI, mammography, ECG, echo and ETT, EEG and nerve studies, spirometry, and the procedures such as biopsies and FNAC. Swab tests are also taken at the centre, because how the swab is taken decides whether the result means anything.

We will call you back to confirm the time and the preparation.
Common questions
Is there a charge for the home visit?
No. The visit itself is free — you pay for the tests, at the same rate as at any of our centres. There is no call-out fee and no handling charge.
Which tests can be collected at home?
Anything that needs a blood, urine or stool sample — which is most of the catalogue, currently 112 of our 166 tests. Scans, X-rays, ECG and the other studies that need equipment have to be done at a centre. Every test page says which it is, and you can filter the catalogue to home-collectable tests only.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Book by 6:00pm for a visit the next morning. If you need someone sooner than that, call 0312 38 99 99 and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Do I need to fast?
It depends on the test — some need 8 to 12 hours, most need nothing at all. Every test page states its own requirement, and we confirm it on the call before the visit. Please do not start fasting until we have confirmed the time with you.
Who actually comes to the house?
A trained phlebotomist from our own staff, carrying photographic identification. If you would prefer a female phlebotomist, say so when you book and we will arrange it.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Give us the patient's name and the address, and a phone number we can reach on the day — it does not have to be the patient's own. This is the usual arrangement for elderly parents and for anyone housebound.
Rather just talk to someone?
Send us the prescription and we will do the rest.
