About
Mission & vision
What we are trying to do, where we are trying to get to, and the standards we hold ourselves to on the way.

Our mission
To give every patient an accurate answer, at a price they can see in advance, without having to leave home to get it.
Accuracy is the product. Everything else we do, from publishing prices to letting patients pick their own collection slot and explaining what a test measures before they book it, exists to make that accurate answer easier to reach and easier to act on.
Our vision
A Pakistan where nobody delays a test because they don’t know what it costs, what it involves, or whether they can trust the result.
Diagnosis delayed is treatment delayed. We want the practical obstacles of opaque pricing, unclear preparation, uncertain turnaround and a trip across the city to stop being reasons that people put off finding out what is wrong.
Our values
Six commitments. Each one is something you can hold us to, not a slogan.
Accuracy before everything
A fast wrong answer is worse than a slow right one. Controls are run before patient samples, out-of-range controls stop the run, and no report leaves without a qualified signature. Where a sample is inadequate we repeat it and say so, rather than reporting a number we do not trust.
Say the price
Cost is part of a medical decision, and hiding it does not make it go away. Every price is published on this site, in full, with no booking or handling fee. If a test has to go to a reference laboratory, we quote it before you commit.
Respect the patient's time
You choose your collection slot and we confirm it, so there is no waiting by the phone to find out when someone might arrive. Turnaround is stated for every test on its own page, and we tell you when something will take longer than usual.
Explain, don't just report
A report full of numbers and reference ranges is not an answer. Our health library exists so patients arrive at the conversation with their doctor knowing what the words mean, and our team will always explain what a report says, while leaving what it means for you to your doctor.
Reach further than the counter
Free home collection is not a premium add-on. For elderly, disabled, post-operative and simply busy patients, it is the difference between a test happening and not happening.
Improve on the evidence
We measure repeat rates, turnaround times and complaints, and we act on them. A recurring problem is a process fault to be fixed, not an individual to be blamed.
Where our responsibility ends
We measure, we verify and we explain. We do not diagnose and we do not prescribe. A result belongs in a conversation with a qualified doctor, who reads it alongside your history and examination. Being clear about that boundary is part of doing this properly.
