Why we built it this way
Getting a blood test in Pakistan usually starts with phone calls, and ends with a morning spent in a waiting room. Do they even run this test? Do I need to fast? When will the report come? Most of that information exists. It is just not written down anywhere you can read it.
So we wrote it down. Every test on this site carries what it measures, its fasting requirement, its turnaround time and whether we can collect the sample at your home — visible without an account and without a phone call. For most routine work, the trip is ours to make, not yours.
None of that replaces clinical judgement. A result is one part of a picture that includes your history, your symptoms and an examination, and it belongs in a conversation with your doctor. What we can do is make the testing itself straightforward and predictable.

What we commit to
Four things you can hold us to.
We come to you where we can
Any test needing a blood, urine or stool sample can be collected at your home, at no charge for the visit. Where a test genuinely needs the centre — a scan, an ECG, a procedure — we say so on the test's own page rather than letting you find out on the doorstep.
We tell you what a test measures
Every test page sets out what the test actually looks at, whether you need to fast, and what sample is taken — in plain language, before you decide. You should not have to agree to something you cannot find an explanation of.
Reports come to you
Results are released only after a qualified pathologist has verified them, then sent by SMS and email. Critically abnormal results are phoned through immediately. We do not wait for you to check your inbox.
We say when we can't
If a test needs to go to a reference laboratory, or if a result will take longer than usual, you will hear it from us up front rather than after the fact.
