You know the price before you book
Every one of our tests carries its price on its own page. No booking fee, no handling charge, and no difference between the figure you read and the figure you pay. Comparing us against another laboratory takes a minute rather than three phone calls.
You choose the slot, and we confirm it
Pick your date and hour when you book, up to two weeks ahead. You are not left waiting for a callback to find out when someone might arrive. The slot you selected is the slot we hold.
Home collection costs nothing extra
A trained phlebotomist comes to you with sealed, single-use equipment, at no charge inside our service areas. For elderly, disabled, post-operative or simply busy patients, that is often the difference between a test happening and not happening.
Lab and imaging in one appointment
Pathology, radiology and cardiac testing sit under one roof, so a work-up that would otherwise mean two or three separate visits to different providers can usually be handled in one.
Reports are verified, then delivered to you
Nothing is released until a qualified pathologist or radiologist has reviewed it. Results arrive by SMS and email as soon as they are signed off, and critically abnormal findings are telephoned through to you and to your doctor.

Whether a test needs fasting, for how long, and what you may drink is stated on the test page, and when you book several tests we combine them into one instruction, rather than leaving you to work out the strictest requirement yourself.

Common questions
Do I need a doctor's prescription to book a test?
No. You can book any test on this site directly. That said, if you are not sure what you need, call us and our team will help you choose rather than selling you a longer list.
Are your prices the final amount?
Yes. Every price on this site is the full patient price. We publish them precisely because ringing three labs to compare rates should not be necessary.
How do I get my report?
Reports are delivered by SMS and email, and can be collected in print from any branch. Every report is verified by a qualified pathologist before it is released.
What if a result looks abnormal?
Critically abnormal results are phoned through to you and, where you have given us their details, to your doctor. We do not wait for you to open an email. For anything else, our team can explain what the report says, though interpretation in the context of your health is a conversation for your doctor.
