We come to you, at no extra charge
A trained phlebotomist collects the sample at your door for any test that needs blood, urine or stool, seven days a week. There is no call-out fee, and the report arrives on the same turnaround as a sample given at the centre.
No account, and no callback
The full catalogue is readable without signing in or leaving your number with anyone. Most of the laboratories we looked at put a form in front of their test list; you should not have to trade your phone number to find out whether a laboratory runs the test your doctor asked for.
Reports reach you without a second trip
Results are sent by SMS and email as soon as a pathologist has verified them, so a routine test does not cost you two journeys. Printed copies can be collected from the centre at any hour if you want one.
Lab and imaging in one appointment
Pathology, radiology and cardiac testing sit under one roof, so a work-up that would otherwise mean two or three separate visits to different providers can usually be handled in one.
Reports are verified, then delivered to you
Nothing is released until a qualified pathologist or radiologist has reviewed it. Results arrive by SMS and email as soon as they are signed off, and critically abnormal findings are telephoned through to you and to your doctor.

Common questions
Do I need a doctor's prescription to have a test done?
No. You can walk into the centre at any hour and ask for any test on this site directly — we are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and no appointment is needed. That said, if you are not sure what you need, call us and our team will help you choose rather than selling you a longer list.
What are your timings?
Our centre at Interlace Plaza, Ground Floor, I-8 Markaz, Islamabad is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and laboratory sample collection runs around the clock. For a scan or a study that needs a particular machine and technologist — MRI, CT, mammography, ETT, EEG and the like — call ahead so we can tell you when that room is staffed, rather than have you arrive at 4am for something that is booked in daytime slots.
Can you collect my sample at home?
Yes, and there is no charge for the visit. A trained phlebotomist comes to you for any test that needs a blood, urine or stool sample — most of the catalogue. Scans, X-rays, ECG and the other studies that need equipment have to be done at a centre. Book on the home collection page, by phone or on WhatsApp.
How much does a test cost?
Call us on the UAN or message us on WhatsApp and we will quote you before you commit to anything. Every test page has a call and a WhatsApp button that fills in the test name for you, so you do not have to explain what you are asking about.
Do I need to fast?
It depends on the test, and every test page states it clearly. Fasting tests usually need 8–12 hours with only water. If you are having several tests at once, follow the longest fasting requirement among them. For a home visit, wait until we have confirmed your slot before you start fasting.
How do I pay?
Cash or card at the centre, or cash to the phlebotomist for a home collection. Online payment is coming shortly.
How do I get my report?
Reports are delivered by SMS and email, and can be collected in print from the centre at any hour. Every report is verified by a qualified pathologist before it is released. A sample collected at home is reported on the same turnaround as one given at the centre.
What if a result looks abnormal?
Critically abnormal results are phoned through to you and, where you have given us their details, to your doctor. We do not wait for you to open an email. For anything else, our team can explain what the report says, though interpretation in the context of your health is a conversation for your doctor.
