How home sampling works

Four steps, and you know what each one costs before you start.

  1. Choose your tests

    Browse the catalogue with prices shown, or pick a package. No login needed.

  2. Pick a date and time

    Choose any slot from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, up to two weeks ahead. You choose it, and we don't call you back to rearrange it.

  3. We come to you

    A trained phlebotomist arrives in your slot with sealed, single-use equipment. Home collection is free in our service areas.

  4. Get your report

    Results are verified by a pathologist, then sent by SMS and email. Critical results are phoned through immediately.

Home collection questions

Is home sample collection really free?

Yes, within our listed service areas there is no collection charge on any booking. You pay only for the tests themselves. Outside those areas we will tell you the charge before confirming, never after.

Which areas do you cover for home collection?

We currently cover Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi and Peshawar within city limits. Enter your address when you book and we will confirm coverage before the visit. If we cannot reach you, we will say so rather than leaving you waiting.

How soon can someone come?

Choose any slot from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, up to 14 days ahead. Same-day slots are usually available if you book before noon. You will get a confirmation with the phlebotomist's name and arrival window.

Do I need to fast?

It depends on the test, and every test page states it clearly. Fasting tests usually need 8–12 hours with only water. When you build a booking, we show a single combined fasting instruction covering everything you have selected, so you are not left working it out yourself.

When will I get my report?

Each test lists its own turnaround. Most routine blood work is same day, and cultures take two to five days. Reports are sent by SMS and email as soon as they are verified by a pathologist.

How do I pay?

Cash or card at the time of collection, or at any branch. Online payment is coming shortly. The price you see on the site is the price you pay, with no separate booking or handling fee.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes. Enter the patient's name and age on the booking form and your own number as the contact. One visit can cover several people at the same address. Mention this in the notes and we will send the right sample kit.
